When Kyle Allen, Carson, Speedy, Kirk, etc..etc.. are still playing into the 4th against Nevada then I would say it isn't totally meaningless.

We aren't a playoff team, but the offense is a little better than last year and the defense is significantly better. We have a good shot at winning 9 during the regular season (Auburn, Mississippi State, Arkansas, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, and our last cream puff) and finishing in the top 15 with a bowl win. That'd be our second best season of the last 15-17 years. Hard to get too upset about that, especially with the strides our defense has made in one season under Chavis.

Yea. The OL is still a work in progress, but they're screwing up less than they did in week one. If they improve a little bit more, the offense could be pretty darn good.

Our defense still has major problems but the DL is talented and deep, and you can cover a lot with that.

This team could gel a bit more and end up as a pretty good football team, but I think greatness is beyond them (and we were all thinking "great" after the ASU game).

Sets us up for a truly badass 2016 though.
