we played like crap today. can't give a team like bama 3 free tds.
i think lsu can beat bama and we still have games to win. we have a good shot at going to atlanta.
sloppy as hell, but nothing to be embarrassed about today. we had a bad day against the wrong team. get it out of our system and move on.

Yeah I'm not going to melt over this loss. The d made me super proud at times. Sure they gave up too much on the ground, but they sure as hell aren't why we lost this game.
As for Spavital, sumlin and the offense, who the frick knows what's going on.
granted Alabama is a hell of a defense, but it didn't look like there was any sort of plan and they've been less than impressive for large parts of this year, not just against Bama.
But the rest of the season is still in front of us, thanks & gig 'em.

Yup, we can absolutely win out. That's basically an NFL dline that Bama has, and two of those pick sixes were passes thrown at wide open receivers. No melting here.

At least our defense is improved.
Demote Spavital and hire an OC with experience. And for fricks sake, make sure he knows how to run a goal line formation that does not come in the form of the shotgun formation.

I'm attempting to visualize Allen walking into Tiger Stadium with only one loss and having a good game. But it's not happening for me.
Kind of like Jameis Winston at Tampa Bay. Yeah, he's gonna have some games where he does well. Also gonna be some multiple INT games there, too.
I'd give equal reps to Allen & Murray this week in practice. Whoever moves the chains & doesn't throw picks is my starter. Hell, maybe Hubenak needs some more reps in practice.
Maybe I'm too hard of a coach. I've only coached Little League baseball. You make 3 or 4 errors at shortstop in one game, and I'm looking for another shortstop, though.
