Missing Jace Sternberger right now. Cant wait to see Baylor Kupp next season. I didn't realize that no Tight End was used at all vs Arkansas. ?? That is probably causing issues as well in our offense. The tight ends we have now cant stretch the field. ??

Sure a top notch TE like sternberger was would help this offense out a bit, but I still think a majority of our problems is bad O-line play and Mond not being decisive enough in his throwing and running. I will say he did run more against Arkansas than we’ve seen all season.

Lot of people close to the program think wydermeyer is better than cupp and will play on sundays.

We have inexperienced tight ends right now. That is a problem. Wydermeyer has shown a couple of flashes so far.

Lots of growing pains and OL issues right now.

Missing sternberger, McCoy and trayveon really hurts the O. Would be nice if jimbo was ruthless about trying to hold on to these type of players if possible, but I know that’s not what he believes in.

Sternberger and Trayveon are the two biggest reasons our offense is struggling

Honest question: how would Trayveon do behind this line?

He would be getting short out routes and laterals to free him

We used one and two Te formations, they just didn’t have any catches, and not sure Mond even threw them a pass this game.

With Smith playing so well in the slot, that takes a TE off the field a lot.
