i thought starks was the best of our freshman this offseason, id be okay if i never saw him again.

Starks has been a huge disappointment. He just doesn't have a feel for the game at this level. Fortunately he's young and has time to grow.

if our staff thought alex robinson was a selfish player, i cant imagine them putting up with starks and his AAU game for more than a year. i think hes a transfer.

I don’t know what it is. Starks seemed to have a confidence about him in the first few games. Now it’s morphed into this over cockiness. His first shot of this game was the perfect summary of how he’s done lately. He’s behind the 3pt line, does some fancy looking, do nothing dribble and throws up a fade away with a guy in his face and the ball lands 3 ft short of the basket.

Wouldn't shock me if he transferred. There's something lost in translation between him and the staff because there's no way they're telling him it's ok to play the way he does in practice.

They’re definitely not. I forget which game it was, but he sat an entire game after he went wild the game before. The injuries and suspension are forcing us to play him.

Missing three starters against a p5 team, let alone one as good as florida, is damn near impossible to pull off
