Yes, yes they did. Because we are a HUGE threat to them because of all the pay info that we have and how much we try to poach their clients

For what it's worth, I just got good info saying it's done and that all of the announcements and info being leaked today is Sumlin's doing, getting ready for a big recruiting push

Leaks serve multiple purposes.

Ever wonder who "unnamed government officials" are that leak information to the press? Often they're flag officers who leak the information on the condition that the information is official, but not directly attributable to that person. If a reporter "outs" that source, their credentials to the Pentagon are then revoked and their organization is told why.
