is now 3-6, staring at a 4-8/5-7 finish.

Hopefully we get some credit for just scheduling the game.

Isn't Rosen injured? Weren't looking good beforehand regardless, but I don't think it ends up hurting us. Will take a lot of chips to fall our way anyway.

not our fault. they were one of the hottest teams in CFB when we scheduled them and appeared to have a bright future ahead of them.

they've played good teams and haven't lost to but one bad team (Ariz. State). they aren't a bad team, but they've got some problems.

OOC isn't why A&M is in the top 4. SEC is why A&M is in the top 4.

their offense is inexplicably bad. travveon williams has more rushing yards than their entire team.

The good news is that 25 penalty game against CU tonight makes the Pac-12 look bad

Pat Forde was on Twitter saying UW being ranked #5 is the result of the perception of that league

kind of hard to say when he only played in 3 games. UCLA was looking like a 9 win team until he went down. it is what it is

I think the committee members gave us a boost relative to Washington in part because we challenged ourselves in non-conference, unlike the huskies.

We get credit for 2 things:

1. We played them when they still had Rosen
2. We TRIED to schedule a legit team in OOC play, and Washington didn't even try.

He played in 6 I'm pretty sure, unless you're saying he was playing hurt for the other three. They were 3-3 in those games

We either have really bad luck or we just crush their spirit, but God help you if you play A&M the first game of the season.

USC
ASU
UCLA

All three with big expectations and all three finish at or below .500

That's the best case scenario, and I think at least part of the committee will see it that way. But I doubt mainstream media will.

Makes winning in impressive fashion all the more imperative.

Spurrier was done less than 2 years after and I'm beginning to wonder if Mora is even on the sidelines for our game next year. Fortunately for him, he got an unearned extension this offseason and it will cost ucla $15M to fire him. Would have been just $9M if he didn't get the 2 yr extension.
