Big XII is getting just abused this bowl season. This should be a cautionary tale to the throngs of reporters that will be on their all too willing knees to suck off that conference in the preseason.
Maybe they should use some critical thinking and understand what a backloaded schedule can do to inflate rankings.

TCU is very close to tying the largest deficit overcome in a bowl game (Texas Tech trailed Minnesota 38-7 and won).

Did Mack Brown really just say, "I got it down to one second"?

That's nice revisionist history.
Nebraska actually won that game 12-10 when McCoy's pass went out of bounds. The ref put 1 second back on the clock and Texas made the FG to win.

How do you like him now?

That was quite a finish! I switched over at 28-0 to watch the A&M basketball game I recorded. When I came back it was 31-17. How did Adams get hurt? He looked ok on the sidelines.

Concussion. Bigger problem I thought was their center going down. The backup was awful.

Thanks FF. Since he was walking around ok and showed no signs of injury, concussion would have been my guess, but he looked pretty clear-headed, so I wasn't sure. Losing him is what derailed their offense, but losing the center was huge. Those low snaps really killed them down the stretch.

Agreed, mostly. TCU/Oregon was very entertaining. And I'll get flogged for this, but I enjoyed watching the Baylor running machine even though it was another blowout. I didn't watch much of the pre-Christmas stuff, so maybe I missed a good one. But those 2 so far have been the only games I'm glad I watched.
