I choose not to engage stupid posts other than naming them stupid. If that is lacking self awareness or the ability to reason, fine. That being said, I hardly post enoug for you to read my posts or know me, so you can only be referring to the only other exchange we have ever had - where I again called you out on a stupid thing you said.

Im very clearly speaking about thge LSU fans on this site.
That being said, yes, I have always maintained the different social and educational dynamics of the two states and thus the population of the two fanbases is on the whole different. Namely, LSU fans are simply more likely to be uneducated t-shirt fans who have little else to live for. The one's who actually went there and represent the school are screwed over by that fact but it is the unfortunate truth for them.
This same dynamic exists for Bama for what its worth.

No doubt there are way more backwood, redneck, tshirt fans in LA. Of course. We have 1 major school to root for. Texas is the size of a country and has Texas, TAMU, Baylor, TCU and even SMU at one point.

You were referring to the amount of melting, NOT the expectations. Of course fans that experience winning more tend to expect more. THAT is the true nature of things.
What is NOT a constant is how said fans react to adversity (commonly referred to as "melting" on this domain). I provided an example to the contrary of yours in Spurs fans, who are crazy by any metric, but not only were so before the titles, but also tend to absorb difficulties as a whole with less consternation than lsufan.
You then retort with some opinionated poppycock about Southern collegiate fans vs. all other fans, then try to reframe the argument, as outlined above.

I get what you're saying--and I agree with you; but as an adult, I'd never call other adults gay (as a pejorative).
And I honestly don't know of any other grown men or women who would do the same.

Meh, your schtick is passive-aggressive on here and you know it. Pretend to be above it all, but slip in as many jabs just under the threshhold of being outright rude as you can.
