Are you trying to say that Gabe was not a homer, or that he was your favorite homer? I liked Gabe more, but I'm not sure if that's because of familiarity or not. Nuño is a good interviewer imho, and I'd rather have optimism in what I listen to than the alternative. If it errs towards homerism, eh I'll still enjoy it...and you know Gabe was a homer. Preseason player rankings discussion would tell anyone that :)

Spiller, Achane, and Smith are all top 20 in the SEC in all purpose yards.
5. Achane: 453 Rush, 190 Rec, 0 PR, 218 KR - 123.0 per game, 9.7 YPP
6. Spiller: 659 Rush, 159 Rec, 0 PR, 0 KR - 116.9 per game, 6.7 YPP
20. Smith: 24 Rush, 319 Rec, 162 PR, 0 KR - 72.1 per game, 9.9 YPP

Gabe was definitely a homer but no where near the level Nuno is (IMO)

I get it. I might give nuño a little time though. He's probably still figuring out the audience and his own identity/persona for the show. Gabe is a hard act to follow because most people loved him (rightly so). I bet David just didn't want to be caustic and negative. Maybe he overcorrected, but I bet he'll turn out really good over time.
I'm sure BL loves it, have you noticed how every little thing is sponsored now $$$$$ Good for them, I like most of their stuff and they've worked hard, no matter how many people dislike BL and how they manage their board. I've sparingly participated there, and I do enjoy the dynamic here.
I do wish the content with Hunter Goodwin would come back, but he's busy installing more green and black signs I'm sure.

I never read the boards on TA I just listen to the show and read a select few of the reports they post.

I keep TA for information, but the message board and "shows" are insanely optimistic. To the point that I can't even take it seriously
