$2.7 million per year for an assistant is a pretty steep price.
I doubt we will come back with a higher offer. If he is that valuable to a team, it seems like he ought to be the head coach.

In a vacuum I almost like Don Brown and staff as much as Aranda. Chris Partridge is possibly the best recruiter in college football. This is my choice.

I badly want Partridge, I said earlier today I want him regardless of who the DC is. I don't know enough about Elko one way or the other honestly
