We swiped him. The OU board had mixed feelings. A lot of people liked him, but some thought he was long in the tooth. Regardless...he’s a hardass and that’s what we need.

We just hired Eric Russell, who was Dirctor of Player Personnel at TCU. No idea what that means, but player personnel seems to be a strong point at TCU.
