Yeah, I had been hanging around TexAgs until they banned my account. Still not sure why they gave me the perma, but I’m sure it was warranted

I'm pretty sure we are hiring Brown.
Billy will say this is an 11. If you recall he was really high on the Durkin/Mattison combo before we hired Chavis so it makes sense that Billy would call a Brown/Mattison/Partridge combo an 11. I would call it a great hire.
