It's been so hard to describe him to people who haven't watched us regularly. Then he had this performance tonight that basically summed him up perfectly as a player

Oh I know. I didn't mean that as a diss at all. But if you watched the entire game tonight you saw every type of House there is- the very good and the very bad and everything in between.

JR Smith is a total piece of shite though attitude wise and would have given up in this one. House has a warrior attitude he just gets overaggressive sometimes and settles for bad shots early in the shot clock.

He's not as good of a shooter, but he's also more clutch and less of an a-hole

Yeah I mean JR Smith has basically come out and said (more than once I think) that he doesn't play defense and won't change. That is not House at all

hes not a shooter, hes a scorer. hell get points any way he can even if it means he has to shoot a bunch

I mostly talking offensively TBH.
They are similar in that they can be sooooo cold and take the worst shots ever but then all the sudden KABOOM.
For sure not the shooter JR is but I think he makes smarter passes for the most part. Also of course he isnt the same kind of a-hole as JR. That would be hard to equal.
I dunno, a more boom and bust version of young Micheal Finley w/less dunks?

Yeah I like the Finley comparison. The streaky part between House and Smith is definitely similar.

House definitely came alive at the end but another guy was more pivotal imo
