They are so mad.
God help us if we beat them this year. The majority of their posters will go into conniptions.
And that's before the unwashed TexAgs masses descend upon the place

Do you guys know a place that will cheaply repair eyeglasses or a cheap eyeglass repair kit. Mine broke the other day. The rim holding the left lens broke a part. It might be simple enough to put some damn super glue on it, but I want to make sure the lens is securely back in there (especially since it happens to be for the one eye that has trouble with vision)

I'm no help, I just wanted to call you 4 eyes.

Well it's only 3 at the moment. :l

Try Green Eyes in the Tejas Center or Marr Eye Center's optical shop on 29th street across from St. Joseph Hospital

Every time I've tried to screw around with my glasses I end up with duct tape and in one case a twig.
My suggestion: Go to 20/20 or whatever ya got and get it done right.

I am thinking of going to Dallas for a weekend and wanting to be a hotel snob so need recommendations please.
I have stayed at the Anatole but want to stay somewhere different. Is ZaZa worth it or do you guys recommend something else?
It's for her not me as her family is not hotel snobs.

It's downtown. It depends on what sort of thing you are looking for but I'd recommend the Belmont. It's a little out of downtown and historic, somewhat quaint place as opposed to the mega hotels like Omni or the Regency. Great views of downtown and restaurant (Smoke) next door.

I have heard very good things about Smoke. Have not tried it yet. How is the grub?

had dinner and it was outstanding. Brunch was good but nothing I'd go out of my way for.
