It's a weird dynamic (one that underscores the significance of tGulfWar in our neck of the SEC).
Since we've been in the SEC, Arkansas has never beaten us and Bama has never lost to lsu. But I don't get the sense that either Ags or Gumps will be quite as crestfallen when their streaks are broken as lsufan will be when Aggy beats them.
They'll try to play it off with some "it's about time/it's a one-off anomaly" bullshite, but it'll sting them worse as a collective than either of the other two fanbases I mentioned.

I don’t believe for a second Orgeron will allow them to go full spread. If they hire a spread guy it will end up with some mashed up shite like Sumlin tried to do with Spav in 2015 and it will be awful with no identity. JMO

That is what I am hoping for.
They are still below avg at QB and lack the high level talent at RB. The O will be learning on its 3rd system in 3 years. They’ll be taking a step back for sure. The schedule isn’t kind either. I fully expect the entire fan base to be calling for O’s head.

They may go 6-6 next year

It isn't out of the realm of possibilities, but I would guess.
Between Miami, @ Auburn, Georgia, & Alabama they should have 3-4 losses. They still have to travel to Florida, Arkansas, & A&M who all have new coaches and could be anywhere on the map, likely all better than last year. That is at least one more loss, maybe more. Home games vs MSU & Ole Miss plus 3 gimmies. Should not get a loss there, but who knows (see Troy) and MSU returns a lot even though they lost Mullen.
I feel like 8-4 is the ceiling at this point.

Don't really know what you're trying to prove. I never wanted a guy like Aranda AND I found it amusing LSU fans trashing their coordinator after hearing how great he was for them all season long.
