If the BP would have held the last 2 Sundays the entire outlook of the season would feel different.
We'd be still trending to be okay. We'd just need to fight to stay around .500 for a regional. Now we've completely shite our pants with 2 series losses vs not great teams.

Doesn't look great for conference play given the talent we'll face. But it is early, anything can happen in baseball if we get hot at the right time

I looked up our offensive #s earlier today and they're pretty dang terrible. No power at all. Hitting for a lot less avg than expected too. All the walks and hbp are keeping our OBP decent.

A win is a win, but we got outhit by Tarleton and stranded another 8 guys on base.
For some perspective UTSA scored 34 runs on them in opening weekend (3 games), Eastern Illi scored 19 (3 games), & Mizzou scored 26 (3 games).
Not great news on Werner either.
