Is it sad that I watched that 5 times before realizing he not only picked up the spare in the middle lane, but also got the pins on either side?
Wow.

Wow.

I'm hoping it's symbolic of what is going to happen to BTB's 7/10 in real life as well
Derrick Griffin would definitely be the spare of a lifetime.

In addition to the notes regarding potential offers and a couple of new targets, I wanted to take a second to update you all on the Derrick Griffin subject. Unfortunately, one site has decided to take Hop's post from last night on the subject quite personally despite the fact that it had nothing to do with him but instead was simply us offering our take on Griffin's tweet and the subject of him potentially transferring in to A&M. The rest of it, I'll take the high road and ignore (for the time being but, damn, it's tough sometimes) because the point of me getting on my computer and posting on this site is to provide you guys with Aggie sports and recruiting news and if I'm doing anything else, I'm wasting my time and yours on things not worthy of our time. What you want to hear about is Derrick Griffin and the chances that he's catching passes at Texas A&M this fall, or ever, for that matter. Through two sources that have been close to the former five-star receiver/basketball standout since he was in junior high, I followed his recruitment very closely, which is why I was the first to say that he was unlikely to make it to A&M. It's also why I was never convinced despite tweets to the contrary that he would end up at Miami out of high school. Something else I learned while following Griffin's development, high school career and recruitment is that he's an incredibly kind and thoughtful young man. By all accounts, a great kid and, obviously, a tremendous athlete. As do all of you, I also know how badly he wanted to (and still wants to) play football at Texas A&M. For those reasons, I personally hope it works out. Both sides would be better for it if Griffin ends up wearing Maroon and White. Yesterday, we called the chances of him playing at A&M highly unlikely and even more unlikely that it would be able to happen this fall. I'm still in the camp that believes we're talking about a significant longshot here but it's obviously something that the Aggies and every other major program will take a close look at to see if there's a shot to get him in. At no point was it suggested that wouldn't be the case and nowhere in the post did Hop write anything that should have been construed as any sort of attack on anyone's credibility. Shockingly (okay, not really, because it happens All. The. Damned. Time.), the post was somehow, someway perceived that way. There is positive buzz coming from the Griffin side of things but that's happened more than once through social media channels. I'll gather more on the situation tomorrow. I hope to hear that the wheels are in motion and that Derrick is likely to end up at A&M but I'd be lying if I said, based on what I've been gathering yesterday and today, that wouldn't qualify as quite the pleasant surprise. This isn't about me and it's not about the person trying to discredit the work ethic of the fine folks on this site (always a laughable character attack) so, personally, I hope our initial reports on this one turn out to have missed the mark because I know too many people close to Griffin that would love nothing more in life than to see him succeed and do so in Aggieland. If that's the case and we begin to hear differently, we'll report it as such without a moment's hesitation. It's the way I've always done things and the way this site has always done things...and always will. More on Griffin as we hear it or if it appears anything is changing...

I posted a comment about how the different sites had competitive advantages/disadvantages and that Texags' advantage was reliability, premium content quality, and insight into the AD. Didn't mention disadvantages or the advantages of the other sites and my post got taken down with liucci saying: "Just saw this ridiculous post. If you want to play this game, go play it elsewhere. I don't have time for it on this site and will be just fine without your business."

You left out the part where you called Billy a fuknut right?

This is why when he throws a pity party I am not sympathetic. He is so sensitive for someone that is an internet celebrity.

We got action!
I knew it was coming.
Need some people to go stir the pot, looks like Billy is already on the brink.

It'll happen. I mean if my post got him hot, just wait till hamm'e minions start showing up. He called my post ridiculous when I was trying to be fair, and respectful. It could get ugly.

What's going on fellas
For the class of 2016? Most recent positive news I have heard is related to Tyrel Dodson.
Seems like we are in on a lot of "under the radar" recruits this cycle. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing.

We're after a lot of top targets too, but most of them will go almost the entire year.
Our top targets that are deciding soon: Mark Jackson, Greedy Williams, Eric Monroe(hopefully soon)
Trayveon Williams is announcing Friday night. Most think he's headed to TCU or Houston. We're probably only going to take 1 rb now after the ford transfer and considering how good the class is next year.

(This is one of the most bizarre photos ever. Manziel looks like a witch.)
I really really dislike billy 'the gimp' liucci. He's the ultimate man-child, and just a whiny pussy.
