Ketch just made a post on Orangebloods saying that Kyler signing with A&M will be a green light for MLB teams to draft him because he will seriously entertain offers. Says his dad doesn't like Sumlin and that will be a way for him to save ties with A&M and not burn any bridges while not having his son play for Sumlin

It wasn't great tonight and makes me wonder how in the frick we got beat 59-0. They managed a 3rd string QB to slice em up for about 350 yards of total offense.
Sheffield to Bama wouldn't be the end of the world but it would be a blow. A lot of other top flight corners are locked up with their prospective schools. So prying one away would be tough. I'm not worried about it, now though.

Well there was that lol.....but the way Ohio State and Auburn were able to pass against that secondary.... and we are a passing team....that we couldn't move the ball against that defense....made me a little pissed thinking about it u know? Like a flashback of intense frustration about our matchup in a sense.

im thinking bama. too much smoke. I know sumlin is an elite closer, but I don't think that matters when it comes to recruiting against Alabama in todays football. it wont be over until signing day

I'll go with A&M. Sheffield will play instantly under Chevis/Joseph. And both his parents are pro-aggie. I don't think he even plays next year at Alabama. Lots of talent ahead of him there.

Brown was never very interested in A&M. Sheffield has been a heavy A&M lean throughout his recruitment. The one thing that makes me think A&M is the fact that he consistently cites his relationship with his position coach as the reason why he chose the school he did. I just read that Saban was his lead recruiter, so I have to think this points to A&M.
