No matter how many times LSU spins it that Merritt is better off as a DB who should sign with them, he isn't gonna do it. Even if they offer as a RB, or athlete, he knows he's not gonna play early unless a rash of injuries occur. Just being buried on the depth chart is the last thing he wants I'm sure.

He does favor LSU in terms that he grew up rooting for them, but I seriously doubt he's gonna bite the bullet and committ purely out of love for the program.

The guy is Marshall Faulk reincarnated. Perfect for our program.

Video of WRs vs. DBs at the Opening. Includes Christian Kirk, Siverand, Tyron Johnson, and Holton Hill. Iman Marshall looks like a future lock down corner. Fun to see this kids go at it.

A 4.39 for a linebacker is out of this world.

Hearing about his parents interview at the event, I'm no longer convinced we lead. We need to show improvement this year on defense...Top 70 D, IMO.

Probably just an overreaction on my part, but in their interview, they never mentioned A&M. Mom talked about Baylor, and dad talked about Texas. I still think we have the best shot, but not as clear cut as some make it out to be.

Any info on Kirk Merritt?

The LSU board seems to think he's an Aggie lock, but I haven't seen anything to that extent.

Daylon got stopped the least in the first round of 1on1's and he doesn't have any moves yet. He is just too explosive/quick first step etc to be stopped. scouts were knocking him on being too low, and lack of different moves but he honestly hasn't needed any lol...
