really thought we were dropping one there. We're bound to sooner or later. Someone's pitcher will just be lights out.
The Dartmouth starter today was good but threw too many balls (and walked a bunch) in his first start. Eventually got us to the bullpen. I'll be curious what the rest of their staff looks like. Warmer weather should be more conducive to runs the next few days.

Put up a crooked # in the first. 3-1 going to the 2nd.
One of the Johnson's mention that we will likely be seeing DBU's ace or weekend guys. They got rained out Fri/Sat and are trying to get Sunday's game in in someone else's ballpark.

heading into a week that will tell us quite a bit, A&M moved up to 11th in the Coaches and CBN polls and moved into the top 25 in BA at #22

I had to look up UTPA (3-game sweeps against Abilene Christian and Lamar, so they probably don't qualify as pushovers). Prairie View is the only gimme I see.

Larkins with an easy first and Allemand leads off the bottom with a triple about 2 feet short of a HR to right center!

yeah, Larkins left a few over the plate. He's got good velocity on his fastball but damn is it straight. When he misses with it

Logan Taylor is just on fire. He sent that hanging curveball out and I never thought that would carry. He's just so much stronger this year.

Just checked in. 5-3 A&M top of the 5th. DBU has 1 out, man on 2nd.
ETA: Called strike 3 for Larkins. Dunno what the guy was looking at. 2 outs for DBU.

Very nice double play by DBU to end the 7th, but not before Aggies score 2. 7-5 A&M entering the 8th.
