Our defense really is pathetic.
That having been said, why try to hit the home run early?
Why not soften them up with short passes and runs and kill their will?

This defense is horrendous. I cannot explain why we are so fricking bad. This is fricking UTEP. I don't care about experience, we should be on the backfield on most plays without bringing in our secondary for run support.
I could care less how many yards we put up or how many points. Clarance McKinney better wake the frick up. Call some plays for your backs.
