@BruceFeldmanCFB

Sources tell me that former #OleMiss head coach Hugh Freeze is not in the mix for the offensive coordinator job at #Tennessee.

Anyone who has followed VOLS for any period of time knows this is the correct answer.

I would prefer Big Danny Enos, would be a great hire.

If it's Friend, does Vol Twitter fire up the keyboards again?

I’m really hoping Pruitt knows better than to do this. He seems like a smart guy

Germ is more concerned with watching Wrestlemania reruns whilst ripping farts that smell like pinto beans, cornbread, and a hint of Mountain Dew.

Tee Martin out at USC
Wouldn’t mind having him as a QB coach but we can do better at OC

Recruiting coordinator and RB coach. USC fans have scared me away from wanting him as anything else.

Lots of smoke surrounding Auburn's OC Chip Lindsey.

Also this:

Reading between the lines of all this Gus Malzahn contract amendment talk, it sounds like Auburn either doesn't want Chip Lindsey to leave or don't want to give Malzahn the power to hire Hugh Freeze. Certainly doesn't sound like a constructive environment down at Auburn right now

Brice just said:

John Brice @JohnDBrice1 Continue to be told that Auburn’s Chip Lindsey is strongly in the mix for #Vols OC. Was told this a.m. Freeze remains “possible.” Top names I’ve heard throughout the day from multiple folks 68 9:56 PM - Nov 27, 2018

Brice is sticking to his guns on Freeze being in the mix. Sounds like Lindsey is the lead candidate but whatever the hell is going on at Auburn may influence how this all plays out.

I would be ok with Lindsey but I wouldn't think of the hire as a home run.

Southern Miss broke five single-season school records with Lindsey as offensive coordinator in 2015, including completions (312), passing yards (4,263), total offensive yards (6,758), touchdowns (67) and points (528). USM quarterback Nick Mullens (4,476 yards with 38 touchdowns and 12 interceptions) was the 2015 Conference USA Player of the Year and the Golden Eagles became the second FBS team eveer with a 4,000-yard passer, a 1,000-yard receiver and two 1,000-yard rushers.

Gus gus has been running the show in Auburn. Kind of reminds of how Bob Poop went back to being Bob Shoop after getting away from Lyle.

1. Freeze
2. Enos
3. Lindsey

Agree with all of this and the order of your list. All 3 scenarios would be big upgrades over Helton imo.
