Our defense has so many key injuries I understand it suckinh but there’s zero excuse for our offense to be so terrible under a supposed offensive guru like Lebby just because our QB is hurt. We have a good rb and receivers and our backup is serviceable but we just look terrible

Holy shite I thought yall were exaggerating about the crowd. You could see empty seats at the bottom of the stadium when the camera panned out for the punt. That’s horrific

One of the good things about being OM and State is sometimes we can hire guys with questionable backgrounds that have elite coaching prowess and deal with minimal media pushback.
We did it with Kiffin and admittedly caught lightening in a bottle and it transformed our program. And even though we sucked arse last year, hiring Beard has turned basketball around.
Mississippi State doesn’t really have anything to lose by hiring him. If people say they lose respect for you, frick em. It’s better to be a winner and hated by your peers than “respected” by them while they bend you over
