Are there any other plays you can point to as a potential blown call that hurt you other than Forward Progress Gate?

MU has like 5 or 6, at least. It is what it is. Take the W.

Yes there were several blown holding calls where you completed long passes that were horribly not called

For real, you are talking about holding? Fottball players never hold

The game had the feel of a hose job. But we've been there before, too I don't think it's the SEC wanting Texas to win,. I think that ref had money on Texas.

Yes. You hit our players too hard and caused them to fumble. Clearly unnecessary roughness.

To answer seriously, I thought the holding they did call on our long pass play was ticky tack, but the reality is that they can call holding on damn near every play.. so when they do, it just seems like bullshite.. but it is what it is..

The two fumbles were the big ones obviously.. and they botched them both imo.

Ultimately, there always seems to be something in a close game, and that’s unfortunate. I just wish they could be held to a higher standard, and when they don’t meet that standard, they should be replaced.

With the amount of money that all of the schools are making, there’s really no excuse for them not to be full-time refs, perhaps shared across college football with training and a minimum level of acceptance.

I’m not saying one game, but perhaps a season or even three seasons, if you’re above the level you need to be you keep going.. and the ones that score the best get to work the playoff games.. and earn a nice bonus or something..

But even then they’re human beings and they’re gonna make mistakes as well.. the end of the day when shite happens gotta regroup and hopefully not affect the rest of the game.. I know we’ve fallen victim to that several times as well.

When it’s blatant and prevents a sack it should be called it wasn’t multiple times. Again cry about the pass fumble all you want but don’t hear any mizzo fan acknowledging the clear fumble before the half that was taken from Texas
