The rule changes basically made it impossible to go fast except in very rare instances

They've added so many stoppages and they are purposefully slower when spotting the ball even when not. Anytime the player is tackled or goes out of bounds they have a stoppage now. It just isn't feasible anymore. I wish people would've objected more but nobody seemed to care all that much. I wonder how it would've been handled if Huepel coached at Alabama
