If I told you, that once your game ended, you would lead in every statistical category and lose. In fact in most of the categories you would almost double your opponent.

Your opponent’s QB would not throw a TD and they would barely have 70 rushing yards but yet, you would have an L.

Oklahoma is good. Bama was the better team, but not tonight.

Too many mistakes, missed field goals, and horrific play calling, especially in the end.

Congrats Boomer

Alabama had two massive special teams blunders and 3 turnovers that gave OU 20 of their 23 points. OU didn't have to do anything but turtle on offense because they could just play defense and wait for Alabama's deficiency to cause an implosion.

man, coming from a Bama fan, shut the frick up. Simpson played like shite, the kicker (who you also defended) missed yet another kick and the OL played like shite. We may do something this season, definitely have some talent but tonight we came out in a revenge game at home and lost

Coaching staff are dumbasses, one to is on them for putting RW back returning kicks . Can't adjust and took them 10 games to figure out Hill was our best rb? 3rd n 3 and we run 12 yard routes?

Our route trees look like O'BRIAN is back.

The difference in Bama is they don’t have Saban. They lost their mojo. That edge where other teams had to face the mystique and extra mental pressure. That’s gone and it’s easier ti play them

On the field there’s the obvious Saban fall off qualities as well. Almost impossible to replicate the accountability and attention to detail that Saban brought

NIL is a factor as well. Bama no longer has an insurmountable talent advantage

As far as what’s wrong with this particular team. They don’t run well. The offensive line isn’t good enough. The defense is good but not great

Didn’t defend the kicker at all. He fricking sucks and needs to be removed from campus. Ty had a good game, not great. We can’t run the ball so the entire mountain of pressure is on our first year starter QB. He’s basically the reason we’re even remotely close to a SECCG and Playoff. I don’t put this on him at all.

This is 100% true.

But why do LSU fans including yourself have such an issue with it when situations reverse

Please show the example that let's you put me in this category.

To be fair... Jackson did play a couple of series... but not much...

My theory is that like the '14 Sugar Bowl...

Bama really didn't wanna be there. I mean it was just OU... a lowly Big XII team. I mean how can an SEC team get fired up for a team like that?

They were simply uninterested in playing the game... Much like Tennessee and South Carolina were when OU came to town.
