Missouri fans are losing patience with Drinkwitz.

No reflection on Mississippi State as they played a great game, but even a casual observer can tell you Drinkwitz gave that game away.
Up 24-17 on the road.
2nd and 20.
Two crappy run plays.
Punt.
Every Mizzou fan knew the game was over.
He tries to nurse a lead instead of extend it.
That leads to losing at least one game per year we should win.
I do not see three more wins on our schedule. He will blame it on a lack of NIL funding. A lack of program buy-in.
It’s really just that he lacks balls.

Passing on 3rd and 4 from the 10 was unforgivable after the success the run game was having.

Can’t stand a cowardly coach. He loses every big game due to it. With that being said can Mizzou do any better?

I mean let’s be honest, Missouri is a top 20 team with Hardy. Losing your team star is hard for anyone to come back from.

Search my post history. I was completely against that extension. I don’t think he really wants to be at Mizzou. He constantly makes excuses for his lack of results.
The University and donors have stepped up big time. We consistently sell out the stadium. We’ve spent about half a billion over the last 10 years in facility upgrades.
Our NIL is competitive.
He’s a good recruiter. He does some things well. But he consistently pisses his pants in big moments.

Though loss, but you have a better D this year than I expected.
As to the game, the refs messed up the flow of that game, and you will have to factor that in.
See how the season plays out.
