Coaching and talent evaluation makes all the difference. You can spend $50 million-plus on a roster but all that money won't buy a championship if you don't have the above.

Arkansas had a top 10 team for 2 seasons despite averaging a 20th ranked overall recruiting composite classes in 2010/2011.
