Is Golding Ole Miss' Zach Arnett?

While completely different circumstances, both guys became head coaches because the school had to promote someone on staff to stabilize things the best they could in an impossible situation. Both guys openly said that they had no desire to be a head coach too.
I guess the question will be if Ole Miss will have a quick eject button like MSU did if Ole Miss struggles this season.

The real question is does Pete surpass Arnett's career win total?

I’m not sure ole miss has the money, to get out of it in year 1.
Plus I was reliably told by them all their success was Joe judge and Pete.
They paid so much for Trinidad and his legal cases and keeping Lacy away from us they couldn’t stop us from taking princewill, TJ and Winnie

I agree. Glad he wasn’t named though, obviously. Seems like Pete would have stayed on as DC with Weis as HC. Oh well.
