No, it’s not. LSU is playing in a bowl game. They played in a bowl game last year. And the year before
Hmmm, let's see...most seem to have bowl names...

Times are changing. Hard to say coaches can’t take a better job unless they finish outside the top 12 teams. Timing sucks with transfer portal.

Say it now. I'll be here to laugh when alabama or literally any nfl team comes calling. He will leave yall waiting in the locker room before the championship game if it strokes his ego

If you think he left for your school, he would have done it for the same amount of money he was already making. You guys had to pay him more than he is worth to get him. He would have gone to Marshall for that kind of money

If it actually is true and he leaves, I am just baffled. How could anyone who has coached players in anything for a season, abandon them in the programs biggest game of its existence.
I have coached a lot of youth sports and that is obviously quite different than D1 CFB, but holy hell ... it's not that much different where you abandon a family. Kiffin, I hope you fail miserably if this all comes into fruition. You are worse than a liar, you're a god damn hypocrite.

K. At least we’ll get national championships out of it.

You're right. Yall are the one he's been waiting for. He will definitely never ever leave.

Our fanbase said the same thing about Saban in 07 baw. Little did we know he would build the best dynasty we’ve ever seen.
Not saying Lane is that or would be close to building that but it’s a risk we have to be willing to take

If you’re going to be butthurt be logically thinking about it.

What can you say…LSU is the top brand in college sports, arguably the best HC job in the country. I know so many of you don’t want to hear that shite but it’s true and you know it. He wasnt going to pass it up. Wants to coach it out, but won’t be allowed too. Timing is awful though…Hope you guys still kick some arse w/o him in the playoffs

What happens if players opt out? Is there stipulations about post-season in their NIL “contracts”?
