Is it over for this year? And if so, do you think he can win it next year when he comes back for his 7th year?

He's probably the best player in CFB but it's tough to win the heisman with less than 9 wins

Probably not. I do think the Heisman should be reserved for eligible players, tho. No need for further embarrassment of taking away a Heisman after losing a permanent injunction hearing.
