Lose to Auburn or in the SECCG and you guys are out.

They will make it if they get to the SECG. Even with a loss.

The logic of this is flawed.

No, the transitive property you are trying to use is flawed.

Do you think the best team always wins in football?

Oklahoma offense had 212 yards. Alabama offense had 406.

Simpson’s play has regressed over the last few weeks. He misses wide open receivers and holds the ball too long. Bama’s pk is the inverse of OU’s kicker.
shite play from Ty and the kicker’s hooked 36 yarder was the difference. RW also effs up at least once a game and he did again today.
OU has Alabama’s number. Congrats.

Texas has UGA tonight and Aggie still to play.

Sounds like you have already drank enough for both of us if you think Tejas is finishing the season 10-2.

Understatement.

He has, what, 8 turnovers in the last six games.

BAMA fans were ready to tar and feather Milroe for his turnovers.

That was two REAL bluebloods battling it out. No shame for either team. They left it all on the field.

I don’t know if it was me as a Sooner grad, but watching OU vs Bama just felt nice, regardless of who won.

Agree. Maybe smug was bit much. Mea Culpa!

Auburn seems to win against Bama when they are doing terrible and Bama needs the win

Head to head competition especially when you win at the opponents home field

Thanks. Both teams actually tried to give the game away – Bama with turnovers and OU with dumb penalties.

It was still a great game between two great teams. Historically, the top two in college football.

Simpson looks like Carson Beck when he was turning it over a lot for Jawja

Didn’t OU prove the only way possible that they are the better team? At least for now?

Not necessarily…it did prove that we need Will Reichart back though!

They are probably the most common reason the best team doesn't win. Oklahoma won that game, that's all that matters. But if you think it's going to make people think they are legit the better team, then you are mistaken.

We are not the better team. Not with our offense.

But I will take the win.
