The college football landscape has changed dramatically since UGA hired Kirby. Whether Kiffin ends up at LSU or UF or stays at OM, he’s going to be handsomely paid because his stock is the highest of any “getable” coach out there.
If LSU or UF hire a coordinator, obviously the offers wouldn’t be $12M + but that’s the price the play in the current landscape if you want to hire an established HC.
I don’t like it, but it is what it is.
