Not trolling-seriously-but yall are happy with this class? I get that you're in a coaching change, but it's still mediocre for yall. I think OP said Florida because teams like Vandy and Kentucky recruiting terribly are the norm.
Its still an awful recruiting class by Gator standards. They are still losers but they aren't any near the biggest losers.
I think I would of considered Florida a possible winner only if they picked up some more recruits on the offense.

Your honest answer is no, not particularly.
Typically we get this exact same class, but instead of 15 3*s, we get 15 4*s.
So basically we should expect much fewer of these guys to really pan out. Some will though. But we still have a couple of really big recruits. For a transition year, this is solid IYAM.
And i still don't know what's going on w/ cowart, but if by some miracle we got him, I would be very satisfied with this class.

Too bad a 17th ranked class puts you at 7th in the sec.
5th in the country for LSU is 3rd in the SEC

currently top 10 with 3 5*, but okay. Better luck next time. We struck out on a WR, that'll hurt (sarcasm).
Biggest strike-out was obviously cornerback, Elam will be good, Caper-Smith was Gatorade player of year, but at QB. Will be interesting to see how he translates.

It's hard to do much better than that on a year where you can't take a full class.

A&M fans have already said this is good day by their standards. One of the wealthiest programs in the country's most fertile high school football regions shouldn't be settling.

And this honestly wasn't even a troll thread.
Some hostile people out there today.

If you look at what Muschamp left McElwain, it's hard not to be happy with what has transpired. We ended up with a pretty good class after all.

Auburn and UT big winners.
Just based on what was posted here for the high hopes at ATM I would have to say they fell to loser.

If Roquan sticks with UCLA then UGA will lose NSD.

Glad to see LSU addressed their most glaring need, QB... Oh wait!

that's what I noticed immediately about this class. You only have four 4* and 5* combined players. Not a typical UF class at all. A transition year is tough.

No doubt we're one of the losers of signing day, but we still signed a top 20 class so let's not make this out to be just awful.
We got good backup plans for Cece this morning in Austrian Robinson, who picked us over Maryland and Miami (FL).
We just didn't get a good backup plan for Richmond. Will have to bulk up on the offensive line for 2016 class. We didn't recruit any other tackles to make Richmond happy and it ended up biting us. Would've had a good shot at Martinas Rankin had we not screwed it up.
Already have some solid targets and a few commits there. Freeze already emphasized today the need for elite mid-year enrollees there for next year.
Linebacker sucks for next year, but we may have been in meltdown mode anyway over Lewis signing JUCO. Crazy that the staff didn't get another backup plan other than a 2 star.
Shouldn't heavily impact next year, but it could heavily affect 2016 with Nkemdiche, Treadwell, Tunsil and Connor all likely leaving early.

I like our class, got a guy in every spot we needed and three of them are 5* players. One more CB and it would have been perfect.

The OP is a moron. With the dumpster fire chump left us with we have done fricking good.

We just missed out on some guys at positions of need. Richmond could have helped immediately at tackle next year. If Lewis would have qualified he would have been in the 2 deep at LB. Cece is a just another quality DL you need in this league. We have some solid players in this class though.

i'm not sure why you're responding to me. I just said I didn't understand why OP said aTm was a loser today..
and LSU has a 5* 2016 QB already committed and will likely being starting a sophomore next year. Or...

Ole Miss definitely had a disappointing class considering we lost 2 highly ranked players at positions of need. Cece to UF is disappointing, but can't fault a kid for going to the school he has been pulling for all of his life. Congrats Florida, I think this guy did a hell of a job with the time frame he had. I won't sweat losing Lewis cause Saban wouldn't have let him walk if it wasn't for all the bs he comes with, but losing Richardson made this a disappointing day.
