There is not going to be a lot of QB runs, however the threat will be there. They are going to push the ball down field more which will open up the run game more. it's going to be exciting.

I doubt we make the great change that LSU did. Orgeron hit it out of the park, and imo, does not get nearly enough credit for what he did.
He not only picked the exact right coach, but he got out of his way and actually let him coach. Kudos to Ensminger, too. It could not have been easy to let a new guy come in and take away some of his responsibilities.
I do believe we will make a similar move of bringing someone in to help Coley, but lightening only strikes so many times. I think we will open it up a bit more, but not to the extent or to the success that LSU did.

Or, actually run it. How many times did Jake run to the open area and NEVER kept it while handing the ball to a smothered RB? It was always a wasted effort. always.

He might have been running the called play, too. Most plays will involve a QB continuing on with a fake of some kind.
That said, Fromm would typically have a couple of plays he could check off to, and possibly misread the defense. But just because he did not keep the ball doesn't necessarily mean he refused to keep the ball at the expense of the play.

We got a transfer QB, that the OP clearly called a bridge player to recruits we signed this year and/or next year. He did it on the recruiting board....exactly where it was supposed to be.
