Should be a nice bridge player to hold down the spot for a year and also help with a modernization of UGA offense.

Another offensive coach coming as well. Look for more QB runs in RPOs and more downfield passing. Can’t wait.

Well he didn’t. Dawgs ran RPO with Jake who cannot run. Will run it more now

Did y’all change OC? What’s this new change that’s taking place?

You know something similar to the change of 10 years of bad offense under LSU.

Did you just become an LSU fan this year RumpCaptain?

Did LSU change OC's? I thought Steve Ensminger was the OC two years ago? Who is the OC now?

Amazing.

I was seriously asking if y’all were making a change at OC. Did Kirby say he was going to run the spread? Don’t get your pussy hurt.

It’s like you can’t ask a serious question on this board without being considered trolling. Y’all are really sensitive.

We’re hiring a new offensive coach. Not sure if they will be an OC or what to be honest. Most expect Coley to not have control but who knows.

Thanks Porter. So is there a list of names or y’all already know who is getting the job? Should be excited with Newman on board.

RPO is run/pass option. Most of that is the qb reading the LB and deciding wether to throw the ball or hand it off to the RB. We ran that UGA.

Most insiders I’ve seen have said it will be similar to the Brady hire. Young guy with NFL experience. But I would imagine things can change. I will say that if we were hiring a college coach we’d already have him unless he’s on the LSU/Clemson staff.

Whatever changes are made to the scheme for next year, I don't think they'll be advertised much in advance. We may be able to tell something during spring game, but Smart keeps information close during the offseason

Come on man. You act like people are stupid. We all know what you meant and so do you. You meant nothing was going to change because we have the same old OC.

(Like this is the first time a LSU fan has not asked this kind of question)

But yeah. Go ahead and troll away on the board that is supposed to be troll free.

Georgia did not run an RPO offense. An RPO means the QB puts it in the backs belly .. reads the LB or safety. Pulls it out and throws behind the safety/LB.

Never saw Georgia do that once. Now I only watched the Auburn, Florida and LSU game.

Who is the offensive coach that Georgia hired

More like 12 years with one and a half years of Mettenberger/Beckham and Landry. In the middle.

Nope. I was sincere. You just took it how you wanted.

If you were sincere, then you have my apologies. Seriously.

I am just tired of the trolling leaking over to this board, and I took it out on you. I shouldn't have.

I know it’s a shite show here . I am interested seeing what Georgia does after the success LSU has had. Seeing as a quick turn around can happen with the right hire.
