Brenton Cox got another sack I believe and has been doing a great job of shedding his blocker and preventing the QB from scrambling. When Cox and Ayobi are out of the other team starts making plays.
Cox at 3 sacks I believe.

He almost got Hill killed by BJ Foster.
He throws a nice deep ball but he's also made some poor decisions. Having Stidham back will be best case scenario for the backup school.

I haven't seen the whole game, but Joey Gatewwid has been the best quarterback for his team from what I have seen. He had one touchdown passing and one rushing. That is two of the three touchdowns his team scored

He didn't look good when Brenton Cox and Ayobi were the bookends. They were bringing constant pressure. He hit some nice throws in the 4th quarter though. Like I said, throws a very catchable ball. Very nice deep throws as well. Fairly elusive for a big guy as well.

I think this is what those millennial's refer to as SWAG.
He did it twice and took a penalty on one. He's pretty elusive though. Certainly lived up to his 95 overall rating.

None of the quarterbacks exactly looked like Tom Brady from what I saw. They had like 4 days of practice and Gatewood's team had a bad offensive line. It would be pretty much impossible for anyone to look like Tom Brady under those conditions.

The UCLA QB commit was the most accurate and really elusive from what I saw. The White OL couldn't block Cox or Ayobi but they did fine when the other guys were in the game. Wasn't near as much pressure in the final quarter.

Good player... I don't know if we ever offered him... For a long time I know we hadn't. Not sure why, but never seemed to be someone the staff focused on. I think he'll be good at Auburn in all honesty.

247 sports ranked Gatewood as the 2nd best quarterback based on both practice and the game. They ranked the kid from UCLA first

Up and down in practice. Definitely lacks touch on short routes and has a tendency to spray the ball deeper down the field. Deion didn't give him a chance to do anything in the game tonight. Only got 2 of the first 8 drives and his team fumbled the ball every 4-5 plays.

Sounds accurate as they were 1/2 in the game. Gatewood has potential. Not a Day 1 starter but the athletics and arm talent are there. Like I said, Stidham for a year and maybe a stop gap to Gatewood but I imagine Gatewood starts year 2. He's going to make a lot of plays someday. He's talented
