Today reminds me of Christmas 1992 **Resurrected for NSD Eve**

All I wanted was a Sega Genesis or a Super Nintendo. I wrote letters to Santa. Begged my parents. Did extra chores, etc. There were hints and rumors that all my patience would finally pay off.
And the Christmas morning comes, and what do I get? frickING CLOTHES.
All the other kids in the neighborhood got a Sega or an SNES. Auburn, Ole Miss, UGA, the New kid A&M. The rich kids Bama, UF, LSU. Even the wierd foreign kid that nobody liked, Vanderbilt, got what they wanted. But not the kid who's parents drank too much and ran up credit card debt, UT. We got frickING SOCKS.
I know I should be grateful We received anything. But frick Christmas and frick today.
