I think he's a VOL but they there's no doubt in my mind they(he and amadi) both like LSU too.

Eh he was a big reason we signed Clifton Garrett. Our style of defense is a major attraction for some of the top DB's in the country year in and year out. Chief isn't a great recruiter but he doesn't suck.

Never have understood the hate between Tennessee and LSU.
I like Chavis alot, Miles has balls and is fun to watch coach, and I always pull for 'em when they're not playing us. Tiger Stadium is awesome at night.
Of course I hope we sign Amadi and Phillips, but LSU isn't the enemy.

Chief can be a good recruiter when he wants to be. He just gets lazy with it. No doubt he has a lot of proven success to sell to recruits.
As far as Phillips goes, I think it's still a battle but with mom being in Knoxville yesterday I'll roll with the VOLS.

Agree Hurd. UT has always been my favorite outside of LSU. Almost took a job at ORNL a few years ago and moved up there.
