There really isn't reason for someone to visit a school like Auburn unless they have some level of interest.

I am not putting very many eggs in the Watson basket though unless Malzahn wins 9+

We can be legit in the picture for him if we get 7+ and Morris leaves Clemson. The 9+ will not matter if Morris stays.

Clemson staff pressured him to shut it down I'm guessing

Not surprising that he says that then visited BCW, since it is a recruiting event at an SEC school, can't remember Clemson having a set aside recruiting event the size of BCW

If I was a HC I would let kids visit all they wanted gotta let them make what they feel is the right decision

What leverage do they have? To pull his offer? Can't see that happening.

Clemson is very serious a/b kids not visiting once they commit. Dabo pulled an offer from a kid last year for doing that. He's all talk though a/b Watson... his star recruits continue to take visits and nothing happens. His lower ranked kids are the only ones in any danger.

Chad Morris should leave after this year. Once that happens, Watson's recruitment will be insane.

AU, UGA, and Ohio State will put on the ultimate recruiting full court press. The timeline with him being an ee will give him like a week to make a decision. Of course Clemson would also still be involved.

Look for potential commits from Cortez McDowell and Nick Ruffin. Things are apparently going very good with them

6:44 pm: 4-star QB Deshaun Watson, a Clemson commit, actually arrived in Auburn for an unofficial visit Thursday at noon and stayed until Friday night
