Believed to be a long-time LSU lean, Surtain had been receiving the full court press from Alabama in recent weeks. Adding that information to the fact his father, former NFL DB Patrick Surtain, landed an interview to join Nick Saban’s staff in Tuscaloosa, it’s not a total shock that Surtain has picked the Tide over the Tigers.

Hell of a pick up. Has all the tools to be a great one. Sucked he passed on us and pick Alabama but I get it

No actually Bama returned 3 corners a couple of which were passed by a walk on Levi Wallace who was a great player but a walk on nonetheless.

We’re still DBU. Look around the nfl for quality DB’s and no one is better than us.

Marshon Lattimore, Malik Hooker, Malcolm Jenkins are all elite db's. Denzel Ward is going first round this year. LSU had a good run on db's earlier this decade but tOSU is killing it now.

Huh? They only signed one elite DB. The other DB is good but not elite.
