https://247sports.com/Season/2013-Basketball/CompositeTeamRankings

Kent is 1st Nationally
LSU is 7th
UF is 15th
Miz is 16th
Ark is 22nd
USC is 23rd
Bama is 33rd
UT is 37th
aTm is 55th
UG is 65th
Miss is 72nd
Aub is 75th
Vandy is 76th
Miss St is 94th

What I found interesting though is our ranking didn't include the transfer of Tyrone Johnson who was a top 10 PG, 4 star, out of HS, and is transferring from Villanova. I believe he has to sit out in the fall, but he can play in the spring.

This was a good first class for Martin, I don't count last year's b/c he came in midway.

If he decided to transfer and sat out the second half of this year? Don't know the kid so it's just a possibility. Jabari Brown for MU left Oregon after 2 games the season before this past so he had to sit out the fall but was eligible for the 2nd half.

And my friends and fellow posters give me hell for saying that Ray isn't a good recruiter.

Well well well. Looks like LSU is still Top 10 (and well into it) after national signing day despite 1 poster saying there's not a chance LSU would finish Top 10 in recruiting. Surprise (not really)!

Florida's class > LSU's

Rivals and ESPN agree.

247's team rankings are flawed, anyways. Their "points" system that favors bigger classes may work in football, but it doesn't for basketball.

This

A school could take ten 2 star players and have the number 1 ranked class according to 247.

This. Arkansas is 22nd, and have a 5-star and the 2nd highest 4-star.

Do folks realize that is the composite team rankings which includes not only 247's rankings but Rivals, Scout and ESPN? Dont believe one is weighted more than another in the composite list.

At any rate, Duke is #2 with only 3 players, Arizona is #4 with only 3 players and rounding out the Top 9, UNC is 9th with only 3 players. So the folks whining about having more players automatically boosts you up can stop complaining.

Scout has Arkansas at T18 (with 5 teams tied there ) and LSU at T9.

LINK

ESPN has LSU 10 and Arkansas 19.

LINK

Rivals has LSU 10 and Arkansas 18.

LINK

Only Scout and 247 reflect LSU's most recent commit. Now, I do agree that 247's rankings are largely not very good, but the composite is not far off.

Rivals has UF 8th, ESPN 9th, Scout 11th. But according to the "composite" rankings we're 15th? Yeah, that makes sense.

Anyone who ranks UNC's class above UF's must be on something thick.

Must be an error or bug, because 247 has you at 10th.
