Yup, we created a weather storm to cancel AHS this week thus keeping kids at home...that is how bad we need a LBer.

I spoke with Alan Evans this afternoon. I can confirm they held Rashaan out of school today because of all the pressure on him right now from people at his school and in the community.
The Evans family said Rashaan have to make the decision on where he wants go not where everyone else wants him. This is his decision.
Auburn is out of school on Tuesday. They were going to hold him out regardless
Jerks

Exactly I think it is funny to be honest. I do believe he is going to pick AU, but why would he need to avoid the pressure from a group that supports where he is going. I could understand if he is really torn between AU and UA so his parents do not want him picking AU because of all the pressure he will get to do so at school. But as all the AU posters on here have said he is a lock to AU so really do not understand how he would be pressured.
If he is a lock it seems that AU HS would be the best place for him with all the love and support he would get there for his decision. All about family right.

That sounds like a load of recruiting bullshite. How do you show that you really care for an acquaintance?
Came back to Auburn on an unofficial visit the weekend after their OV just to recruit Rashaan.

You and trey trolling is weak. Just stop already

Why does a person need to take a recruit out of school, take away their phone, and cart them off out of state till the silent period? Stuff happens I guess.

I agree but with BC it was a parent trying to keep him away from AU people applying pressure for him to flip from UA. Which I guess hindsight would have been nice. But most AU posters seem to think Evans is a lock. AUHS I thought was a AU sanctuary that shielded people from UA. So if Evans is a lock to AU why would he need to stay away from people who would not pressure him but support him in his bright future at AU?

All kids are under pressure to some degree. It is just silly to make more out of this for trolling purposes more than likely. Question is will he be held out of school on Monday as well after silent period kicks in Sunday? You do know Rashaan made mention of the fact coaches are coming to the school and pulling him from classes right?

what would give you this impression?... are you just making up sh*t?
For starters, it's Auburn High School... not Auburn University HS.... secondly, AHS players have signed with Bama (two as a matter of fact) and Florida since the last guy signed with Auburn.
The last AHS player that I can remember signing with Auburn was a kicker, Phillip Yost about 10 years ago.

So the students who attend Auburn HS aren't Auburn fans?

i'm sure there are auburn fans there... just like there are bama fans... just like every high school in the state has a mixture of both. I would imagine it's more one sided than most b/c of it's location, but Lee Co is crawling with gumps.

John Sullen signed with Auburn after graduating from AHS.
And it's about 80-20 Auburn to Alabama fans at AHS.
Source: I graduated from there

You really don't have an educated guess on their school allegiances?

Some probably are. Some probably aren't. It has been said for months that one of AHS asst. coaches is pushing for RE to go to bama. That kid is being pulled in both directions.
