Tell me you haven’t read anything on Judkins leaving Ole Miss without telling me you haven’t read anything.
Ohio State can pay more for sure, but in this case Ole Miss wasn’t in a bidding war with Ohio State. We had a strong offer on the table that was agreed to before the bowl, but it got pulled and Judkins was forced to enter portal. Why would he enter the portal at the last second after the bowl game when most all the teams who would want him have already committed their money and committed other RBs? Ohio State didn’t have to offer more than Ole Miss because QJ had no leverage. There wasn’t a big bidding war for his services.

He can and will make more because Ohio State attracts a bigger and richer audience. Even if his base NIL deal is less, he'll make way more than he ever could because they reach more people.
Dont take offense to this, but there are very few people outside of Mississippi that care about ole miss. There's about 870,000 more people just in Columbus Ohio vs Oxford. Thats a shite ton more potential for making money.

Programs like Ohio State absolutely have more money. No one is denying it. But how much are they willing to pay for a guy like Judkins who isn’t having to be bid on. And programs like Ohio State have a number 5-star freshman and sophomore backups that need to be kept happy so that they don’t transfer out.
