As someone who just got almost 6 digits worth of summertime research money, I gotta say that A&M has the cash on hand that most universities could only dream of.

For sure. I have an 18x40 ft tent and I already took off work for the Alabama game, and I have off work for Auburn as well. I currently live In CS, but will be moving to San Antonio shortly but that won't deter me from tailgating like a champ. Is there a PM system Chicken is working on? Also Chicken needs to sell a SECr flag/banner I can hang from my tent to allow all friendly ranters to drink my beer and revel in Aggie greatness.

That would be awesome on both fronts. PMs seem elusive around here. We can work that out when it gets closer to game time. I hope to get tickets for the Bama game and bring some Bama friends in.

And it is only growing. It is scary what we have. If natural gas jumps up dramatically, and the rare earth metals in West Texas start paying out, I fear I may not recognize my University by the time my children enroll.

I know, I know. You see, I have a plan though. We have gone to the past 9 Ark-Bama games (since college) and I am on a shite streak you wouldn't believe. I need some victory to piss all over their elephant asses.

As unbiased as I can be, I was disappointed at how quiet Kyle Field was. I was expecting something special. Sure it's really cool to see all the chants in unison. But I wouldn't call it particularly loud. Especially not louder than UF, LSU, UA

A&M already had trouble with sellouts. I'm not sure more = better. You're fans aren't that loud as it is.

A&M fricking sucks. I went to the LSU game in College Station this year, and I came away very unimpressed this year. I was expecting it to be loud, and it turned out to be more quiet than the LSU vs. Arkansas game this past year in Fayetteville. Absolutely pathetic for a fan base that considers themselves the 12th man.
