Truth, but a lot of people do it in fragmented steps. We are doing a lot of it all at once, and a lot of stadiums would most likely have to tear down a lot instead of adding on to be up to par.
I agree for the most part. But some are already very nice. Some were also built with more expansion in mind than the way Kyle was done over the years.

I am not saying it will anything but be the nicest in 2015. Only pointing out that a) it is not there yet and currently is way behind on many fronts beyond capacity, and b) that everyone else is always adding on to their own stadiums be it with seats or niceties.
Agreed. Which is why I hope a lot is done for tailgating. I think pouring millions in to the tailgating environment is the only true way to supplant us as the elite of elite for an extended period of time as far as game day experiences go. The MSC renovations alone have gone a long way to that, I only hope the possible renovation of Spence and other tailgating areas gets some of the same kind of attention.

These are facts I haven't seen disputed.

Objectively, that's one thing that I felt was lacking at the games I've attended. I knew the stadium was about to get better, but the culture around it has to change and that takes more than money. I have no doubt that it will happen though because of all the new excitement and the general conference culture. To your point, my friends and family were much impressed by the MSC this year.

Well, that was my main point. I do not think we are disagreeing too much. The guy above just acted like we were all newbies to nice stadiums.

Fair.
Kyle will be the standard for 1-3 years. Its successor will pass the throne shortly thereafter and so on.
However, at a certain point the bar can't be raised any higher. I wonder how far major programs are from reaching the ceiling..

I do think A&M does tailgating really well actually. I felt it was far better than the Grove, and A&M has so many different areas to tailgate to your preference, it sets up perfectly for whatever you're looking to accomplish. We have tons of people, tons of space, and people put lots of money in to it as well. The corporate tents are top notch, the rowdy area by Reed allows generators and people bring their giant arse pits and DJ booths and all sorts of shite. I think our biggest downfall is simply the landscaping around Spence, which is the closest area next to the stadium. Spence has a bunch of old beautiful oaks, but it isn't level in the drainage area which is like half the park, there aren't any electric outlets or permanent bathrooms. I think Spence, if a lot of money is put in to it, would be one of the nicest tailgating venues in the country.

This is the worst thread I think I have seen on the rant and that is saying something. Arkansas fans typically like bad threads but you are replaced by A&M as the most annoying fan base.

We weren't. You brought that up. I said that Aggy's "all-male military" years that their fans bash produced the most success the school has ever seen.
Missed this.
This is correct. I then asked your opinion of the sudden drop-off in production. A fair question, yes? You ignored it in favor of a weak flame.
Should I just accept that you won't answer the question? And is that because you know the implication of your quoted point (that being an all male military school isn't a hindrance) was flawed all along (hint: say "yes")?

That's probably true. I have wondered this as well. I mean the student bodies keep getting larger, but the stadiums have to stop at some point. It is either that or we are limited by the current paradigm and cannot see around the corner. I think BDS is near that bar and Kyle will be too. Arkansas has a ways to go on capacity but the quality is there. Some are far from it. There is a whole group waiting for a major overhaul too so who knows.

So aTm is bricking in a four sided tackle box.

Well I think I need some new Aggie friends because the ones I attend are sub-par to me. I will try and meet up with some of you guys this fall if you're willing.

One thing I look forward to is more landscaping. There are some large open areas that need trees IMO, but the renderings look like much of that is coming.

Nah, check out our endowment compared to the rest of the SEC. We've always been filthy rich.
You split that with 11 other schools, no?
