Ok...so Peyton's son has decided where he is going to go to High School. Marshall will enroll as an 8th grader at Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Lane Kiffin has offered scholarships to a 7th grader before (David Sills) and 8th grader (Nathan Tilford)...so with the Manning ties to Ole Miss...will Lane be the first to offer?

Also...who is the guy on here who keeps posting about Baylor School's current QB? I'm sure he'll weigh in on this. Wait...nevermind.

Ole Miss knows the Baylor School staff well. That said, the Mannings have a distaste for Lane. If Cooper's son won't play for him, Peyton's is less likely.

Not sure how things stand now between them since Lane has turned his life around...but yeah Archie was definitely not a fan. I still love Archie but he acted like he was above the school instead of supporting even in disagreement.

Every time I see his name, my first instinct is to think of Eminem.

Will probably end up at a different sec schools than the rest of his family. Probably Florida or something.

Head coach of Baylor school is Eric Kimery who was born and raised in Columbia SC. He also played for the GAMECOCKS and was recently a assistant coach for us.

Yep...Erik Kimrey played at USCe, and was a GA there, 16 years at Hammond School and won 12 State Championships there.

That coaching staff also includes Eric Westmorland, who played with Peyton at UT and was drafted in the 3rd round where he played 4 seasons (3 with the Jags and 1 with the Browns).

To his credit, he has done a great job at not steering his players to particular schools. Ole Miss has signed 2 4* players from there in the last 3 cycles.

One thing you can bet, a Manning won't be steered by anyone. The family makes its own decisions moreso than any other recruits, I would think.

The Mannings aren’t huge fans of Lane and I think part of that stems from how things ended at Tennessee

Let's just say that him and Beamer aren't exactly besties. Rumor is he was encouraged to move along from his post as TE coach at Carolina

Baylor has become quite the productive program.

They’ve got a sophomore RB that might end up top 3 in his class
