Yep and we all hate our sororities. But like it or not Alabama has had tremendous success as an integrated program. Ole Miss has not. And whenever you guys lost out on a major recruit as late as Cutcliffe, Orgeron, or even Nutt it was your major excuse. Kids didn't want to play at Ole Miss because of its past. If those guys couldn't consistently land talent at Ole Miss, explain how Freeze is? Especially in light of all the shady situations related to the reason he isn't a high school coach anymore. Particularly the Oher situation.

Not possible. Programs that are not "Big 6" can't hire better coaches, can't recruit better players, and should know their place. And let the Alabama's of the conference get the top guys because they "need them".
