I think it's quite clear that almost all LSU fans, recruiting insiders, etc were wrong about where they thought Speedy was going to school. In fairness though, I didn't see any A&M people who were really taking a hard stance saying that Speedy was a lock to A&M. The only one I know of was Hamm and that was the week of the UAAAG. Most A&M fans didn't believe they had a shot at all

Thank you for actually admitting it. And you are correct for me at least. I did not think we truly had a shot until the last few days leading up to his announcement

Kind of a stupid way to say, "We've won three in a row!" BFD. We beat you like 7 straight before that.

Do you think speedy will be better than JFF?

You lose JFF and gain speedy. We good.

You're forgetting a key piece of this puzzle. He's ranked number one at his position right now

My God, that's your analysis??! I don't think you could make less sense if you tried.

If we were able to stop your GOAT offense with a bunch of freshmen, I like our chances moving forward.

You can try and argue this all you want but that is entirely off potential at this moment. Speedy is an athletic freak who may end up being incredible. However as of this moment his high school career was spent playing another position. Here at LSU we have had success with that-Early Doucet and we have had failures-Russell Shepard. Speedy has all the tools but as of right now its just that tools and potential.

Quinn has been playing WR for four years full contact at louisianas highest level. He will play as a freshman. There is no learning the position.

Who will end up better-I have no idea. Anyone saying they know is a fool. I wanted both. Forced to make a choice Id say Quinn is better for LSU in the short term. Would have rathered both though.

I was talking about Kyle Allen. And the successes and failures of your staff has no bearing or effect on how our WRs may pan out

He broke dgb's record in 5a Louisiana ball.

He shared the ball with desean smith for three years.

Find a quote in my 10000 posts where I say speedy is anything but an exceptional prospect.

I'll be waiting,

These clowns have proven to know nothing about football and are only here to gloat.Maybe Speedy can help them break the losing streak to LSU in a couple of years.
