So like I said no discernible difference in 40 times. Their heights are in what an inch of each other? Looks like the only thing that separates them is Quinn's yardage which is impressive. How often did Speedy play WR? I don't know.

So how is Trey going to be better unequivocally again?

Devante played qb the last few years at Karr so his wr numbers are skewed naturally.

Guys, you are barking at nothing. He would have been a waste at LSU and we got the receiver we needed.

He'll probably play early at a&m and get to finally be away from the shadow of fournette,

It's a win/win guys.

Sure. It's a "win" for LSU that Speedy Noil choose to play football at A&M.

And what was your prediction of the lsu a&m game? Lol thanks bye.

Oh weird, I thought we were talking about recruiting on the recruiting board.

I'm replying to all the ULSU posters saying that everyone knew Speedy was coming to A&M, but by all means, bring up something else completely irrelevant.

Sure we wanted both, but realistically we haven't done much with similar players in the past.

It doesn't really hurt LSU unless you figure out how to break our iron curtain defense.

Guys listen to me. LSU has no use for top ranked receivers who are explosive on the open field and physical freaks of nature. We are better off with the lower ranked guys. We never really wanted him but could have had him if we didn't have a scheme that preferred worse receivers

Quinn would see the field at LSU faster than devante.

Devante would see the field faster at a&m if both were there.

The offensive recruits y'all get don't bother me. I guess it's because we own you during this century.

Losing Kenny young to a&m would hurt ten times as much as devante.

At least.

Man, I'm outta here. I can't stand this hot fire.

Getting lulzed at and called a faggie...I think we've proven LSU is the winner here. Of what? I'm not sure, but I know I sure don't want to win it.

Know what they say, can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Maybe your husband will have better material.

I think it's quite clear that almost all LSU fans, recruiting insiders, etc were wrong about where they thought Speedy was going to school.

In fairness though, I didn't see any A&M people who were really taking a hard stance saying that Speedy was a lock to A&M. The only one I know of was Hamm and that was the week of the UAAAG. Most A&M fans didn't believe they had a shot at all.

I don't see the point of your posts. It's quite clear that 1/2/14 was a bad day for LSU recruiting and the staff misread or was lied to big time by 3 recruits. (Brown is the only one I am implying lied.)

With regards to the arguing over who is better Quinn or Noil... It remains to be seen. Quinn is one hell of an athlete but Speedy is a better athlete. As far as being a polished WR at this stage, Quinn has the nod there. Both are great prospects and both teams should be happy. We'll see who ends up better in 3-4 years.
